I remember thinking long and hard before I came to an answer myself. Here's what I said...
"I believe in soulmates. More than one. We will encounter them at different periods of our short stay in this world. However many, only one will continue on with you because the moments with others were untimely. It is the right one at the right moment who will be the final dock for a searching heart."
