Dear Pipsqueaks,
Okay, I just realised how crazy my travel schedule is for most of July...and I'm definitely to blame because I caved!
Thursday - Sunday [Bangkok] = I'll be heading to Bangkok with a bunch of friends. Now, this trip had been talked about for probably less than a month. For the first few attempts at getting me to go with them, I managed to leash my inner travel-addict to say no. Then, one dinner before singk, I surrendered to temptations. Next minute, my flights have been arranged. It's not that I don't want to go - I desperately need a break out of this office before I lose my sanity, but I've already planned to visit family mid-July, so it's a bit too frequent for me. Oh wells, too late to back out now. So...pad thai, here I come!
Monday - Tuesday [Kuala Lumpur] = back to repack.
Wednesday - Friday [Singapore] = Off for meetings with our sponsors & attend our company partner's 10th anniversary at some cricket club. I must say, I dislike the flying part of traveling but I feel it's so much easier to "discuss" things face to face because you can actually SEE people's reactions and how they take what you're saying. It's also nice to put some faces to the name in emails. It may sound like a lot or work, but I think it'll still be more enjoyable and productive than sitting at my desk writing emails.
Saturday - Following Sunday [Taipei] = Because of the whole "No Flight To Taipei From Guangzhou" back in May, I had to postpone my return flight from TPE to KUL to save it. So, I pushed the dates back to July...and TA-DA! Now, I'm flying here and there. But, it's okay though. Off to see pops, mama & le sister. Excited to be far far away from work.
Sigh, and I still haven't packed for tomorrow yet...I need more than an extra second here! :)
