Super Cool Exercise App

Hi Pipsqueaks,

For all of you workout junkies, you HAVE to try this app called 'Exercise Timer' by NeuronDigital. It's brilliant! Why? Because you can piece together your very own ultimate routines. For example, I've taken the recently famous 7-minute workout and took out a couple of items (because I can't do them at home), so came up with this -

30 seconds of every exercise below with 10 seconds break intervals:

  • jumping jacks
  • wall sit
  • lunges
  • high knees
  • squats
  • jumping squats
  • plank
  • russian twist
  • raised knee crunches
  • raised toe touches
  • right arm side plank
  • left arm side plank


You can create as many routines as you like and focus on the different parts of the body at separate stages of your self training. I can't say I've seen results using this app YET, but I know if I stuck to this, I sure will. After all, it's not all the fancy gadgets that give us the end result. It's the hard work and determination that will. SO GET MOVING, PEEPS!
